Pranayama Yoga Beginners

 

It is a way of life not just an exercise class. Part of it is learning a sequence of postures, so even if you have done Yoga before a term in beginners is needed. All aspects can be adapted, so don’t feel you need to be flexible, fit or well to attend. The aim is relaxation and feelings of well being, not just suppleness.

For learners who have a basic knowledge of the sequence of postures in the first movement of

Pranayama Yoga (not necessarily learners who have mastered them!)
