We are delighted to let you know that Hazim Rashid in year 12 has been selected by the Derby City Youth Voices in Action committee as our candidate to stand in the next round of applications for Derby Youth Mayor. We had five wonderful young people apply in total and we would like to congratulate them all for their efforts and bravery in putting themselves forwards (L.Copeland, G.Macleod, D.Kooner, L.Kelloway). The next round takes place in December where four young people from across the city will be selected and run for the post of Youth Mayor. Well done Hazim – we wish you all the best!
