Chellaston Academy A Level and Level 3 Examination Results 2023-2024

Press Release

Chellaston Academy is thrilled with the fantastic examination results achieved by our Year 13 students.  We are exceptionally proud of their performance, and it is pleasing to see that all of their dedication and commitment to learning has paid off.  We are also delighted that these outcomes surpassed last year’s great results.

We are very proud that one third of our grades were achieved at A* – A and almost 60% of our grades were achieved at A* – B.  The average grade across all A Level subjects is a grade B and the average grade in all vocational subjects is a Distinction.

We are delighted that some of our students, including Anna Dawson and A Kuzina, achieved A*s in all of their subjects, and Isabella Bennett, Bea Callum, Marcos Cervantes, Elliot Flower, Hal Hilton, Isaac Kirk, Anees Mazhar, Vixen Monroe, Nathan Nwokoro, Matthew Paterson, Taran Sanghera, Neve Thompson and Tia Mistry achieved A*s and As (or equivalent) in all of their subjects.  In addition, we received a congratulations communication from OCR saying that Bea Callum ‘was one of the top performers nationally in OCR’s A Level Art and Design: Fine Art in the June 2024 examinations’.

We are particularly delighted that the vast majority of our students have achieved their pathway of choice.  This includes many students who have been successful in gaining places on university degree courses or degree apprenticeships.

The school culture of ‘inspiring each other to realise our potential through Integrity, Care and Excellence’ is at the heart of everything we do, and students leave Chellaston Academy ready to be successful in their next stages in life.  All of this success is not possible without the dedication and support from every member of staff at the school, and I would like to thank them all.

As part of QEGSMAT, Anne Martin the CEO, sends her congratulations to all the Chellaston students for their incredible achievements. Thank you to the teachers and staff who have worked to support the students at Chellaston, in particular Year 13. These outcomes reflect everyone’s commitment, hard work and positive attitudes. Anne wishes the students all the very best in the next chapter of their lives.

Kind regards
