Attention for Chellaston Academy alumni!
2021 exam certificates are now ready for collection from Chellaston Academy.
We still have certificates here for some students who left between 2017 and 2021. We are required to keep the certificates on file for one year, after which time certificates are destroyed, and you would need to contact the examining board directly and pay to obtain duplicates.
In the last few years, having in mind the impact of Covid-19, we have decided to keep them longer. Please use this opportunity to collect your certificates without charge until June 2022.
To collect a certificate, we will need to see a form of ID. For those collecting on behalf of a former student, please provide a signed authorised letter from the student including your name and address.
School Reception certificates collection times: Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm
