The mental health foundation is running its national yearly mental health awareness week, focusing on the topic of Nature! This week, students will have an assembly focusing on the importance of looking after our mental and physical health, in order to maintain a healthy mind and outlook.

There are lots of areas in which support, guidance and information can be found, but for students it’s the importance of talking. Our wellbeing prefects will be visiting forms throughout the week to drop in and speak to our students, alongside promoting the use of their new Instagram account #chellowellbeing so that our half termly newsletter becomes accessible for all.
