We are delighted to invite prospective Year 7 students for entry to our Academy in September 2022 to our Open Evening on Wednesday 29th September 2021.
Our evening includes an introduction from our Headteacher and some of our senior team and an escorted tour of our school.
In order that we are able to offer this opportunity in as safe a manner as possible under the current Covid situation, there are three separate sessions with limited numbers in each session. Attendance at these sessions must be pre-booked via our booking system below.
We can only offer places for our evening to students currently in Year 6 with up to two parents or carers.
Please be aware that all visitors to the site must wear a face covering unless they hold a medical exemption and should have a taken a Lateral Flow Test within 48 hours prior to their visit. Our site will be well ventilated and the tour will include movement between our different buildings and will visit some classrooms on the upper floor. If you need assistance due to reduced mobility, please contact our reception before your visit so that we can arrange this.
Parking on our school site is extremely limited and we advise you to arrive on foot
To attend our Year 6 open evening at Chellaston Academy on Wednesday 29th September there is an online booking system. There will be three booking opportunities on Wednesday 29th September, the capacity for each booking slot is 200 people.

To book any of the slots above simply click the booking icon below and follow the instruction. Please ensure you bring your e-ticket with you on the evening.
When booking tickets please also book a ticket for your child if you wish for them to attend. For example if you would like two adults to attend and your child please just select three adults (there is not an option for a child).
